For a Customer

The MJS Alternative Heating Solutions process begins with common sense and open discussions with the client in order to understand their aims. This ensures that MJS can understand, manage and exceed a customer’s expectations.

The common sense aspect is something that seems to be missed by the majority of companies nowadays, but this is a forgotten resource that MJS specialises in!

An MJS team member will carry out a full and detailed site survey.

MJS will supply a full and detailed quotation to the customer and ensure that there are no hidden extras – “what you see is what you get”.

Prior to works commencing, MJS will supply a complete project plan detailing full works to be carried out along with timescales for work commencement and completion.

MJS teams will start and then complete the scheduled works in accordance with the project plan with as little disturbance to the customer as possible.

As an Installing Partner

MJS regularly carry out installations for other renewable energy companies throughout the UK, offering them access to an experienced team of installers, builders and groundworkers to assist with their project delivery if additional capacity is required.

We also take pride in our management team that is very experienced in all types of heating systems from conventional ones to all forms of renewable energy heating systems.

Following an in-depth survey, we offer a holistic overview of all options available along with a cost-benefit analysis and honest advice service. The standard thought process we use when reviewing the customer’s options is ‘WHAT WOULD WE DO IF WE WERE IN THE CUSTOMER’S SHOES?’.

From small scale domestic works through to fitting out a factory or hotel extension, MJS can offer a full mechanical and electrical installation package, including electrical testing and boiler and heating system servicing.

In conclusion, an all-encompassing, tailor-made service is what we can offer to clients requiring plumbing or electrical works. What a cliché – we know – but there really is no job too big or small!
